Quick answer: A good spot sits on a real path your customers already use. It gives them enough time to read one message and act on it. Heavy traffic alone does not mean a spot is good or even allowed.
Follow the right people
Start with the people most likely to want your offer. Drivers, walkers, event visitors, and workers are all different. Don't treat everyone who passes by the same.
Watch how people approach
Check the direction, speed, stops, turns, sun glare, and other signs nearby. See when your spot first becomes visible. Check more than one time of day.
Put the sign near the decision
Your sign should be close enough to the moment someone decides to turn, walk in, or call. A sign far from that moment may get seen but not used.
Confirm what a map can't tell you
Maps and photos don't show you access, safety, permission, or what's actually available. We confirm all of that with your real request.
